1. Shipping Destinations

We provide comprehensive global shipping services to all 50 states of the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and most international countries and regions. Our logistics network ensures safe delivery for your accessory purchases. Please note that we currently DO NOT ship to:

  • PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Countries or regions under international trade sanctions

For remote areas that require specialized logistics arrangements, additional fees may apply based on carrier rates. These fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your accessory order.

2. Shipping Options & Timelines

  • Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method, package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Fees are displayed during checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions for accessory orders that meet minimum order value requirements, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 20 to 30 working days (UTC) from order confirmation. Important details:
    • Working days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays
    • During peak seasons, slight delays of 2-3 days may occur for accessory shipments
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking is provided via a carrier link in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Order Processing Time

All accessory orders are processed at our fulfillment center during regular business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Timelines:

To resolve quickly, provide:

  • Clear photos of damaged items & packaging

We will arrange replacements or refunds after verification.

Note on Screen Protectors & Cases: Due to the delicate nature of tempered glass screen protectors, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any cracks or defects, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Cases and holders should be checked for fit and finish before installation.
